Iranian Offshore Engineering and
Construction Company (IOEC) as one of
the important general contractors in management and execution of oil and gas projects in the country; has established integrated management system according
to requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018 and HSE-MS and is committed to the
following:
Continual improvement of quality, safety, health and environment management systems through setting goals and executing
efficient and effective plans
with knowledge management approach. To plan and implement actions in order to manage risks
and opportunities related to the process and activities in integrated
management system. To attempt maintaining psychological and
physical health of employees;
to prevent ill health, injury and fatality through
effective and efficient control
methods and practices. Effective management of human capital by
employing and participation of qualified
and committed people, effective and ongoing training to
enhance people knowledge and skills and employee
development based on performance appraisal and ranking. To identify and to implement applicable national and international laws and
regulations as well as contractual
requirements related to quality,
safety, health and environment. To preserve the environment, with emphasis on prevention of
air, land and water pollution; to
control the environmental significant aspects in product life cycle and the effective implementation
of waste management in operational fields and to
optimize resources and energy
usage. To understand and meet the
interested parties needs and expectations in compliance with
laws, regulations, standards and contractual terms and focusing on enhancing
their level of satisfaction. To increase the
effectiveness of supply chain management by determining indicators and criteria of quality, safety, health
and environment in identification, evaluation, and utilization of
suppliers and effective supervision to
meet contractual requirements through
a mutual benefit approach. To improve the criteria
for quality, safety and environment in supplying, utilization and maintenance
of facilities, equipment, machineries, vessels and other infrastructure and to
prevent damage of assets through hazard control and risk deduction.
All employees shall regard this policy as a base for
activities and programs, and as a guideline for collaboration with clients,
